I also understand I will receive no royalties, commission or any
payment whatsoever in connection with the use of my pictures. I understand
that I will have my email address entered into the mailing list for photo
gallery members. This mailing list will remain private, and will only be
used by The Diamond Matrix Group for occasional gift certificate
drawings. Entry into these drawing will be free of charge, and only open
to those members that have submitted pictures for educational purposes.
Format and Photo Requirements:
1. Send all your photos only
after your 2 month post operative check up.
2. Please submit before
pictures and after
pictures. Please submit front, back, and side views
if you have them. Please also submit photos of yourself in
clothes (bra, bikini, t-shirt), before and after surgery.
It is important to provide clothed and unclothed photos so that
women can have a better frame of reference.
3. The pictures must be:
- Sent by email
- Scanned at 72 or 75 dpi (unless you
took them with a digital camera, in which case scanning is
not necessary)
If scanning, each
photo should be scanned as a separate image file.
4. Please send the

Implant type

surface (smooth or textured)
shape (round or anatomical)
Placement (over or under the muscle)
Whether a lift was also performed
