Breast Implant Rupture / Leak

Non Surgical testing for older silicone breast implant rupture is most reliably performed with an MRI.  Mammography is unreliable unless there is actual actual leakage outside of the capsule that surrounds the implant. The is currently no blood test available to predict rupture or leakage.
